Call the police and get them here quick. My laptop PC is attacking me. It has caused me to have heart surgery (angioplasty) and will soon cost me more as I continue to gain weight and now consider weight loss surgery. It is evil as it slowly but surely fattens me up for the kill. It is relentless in its pursuit, attacking me both night and day with its never ending stream of information. It sucks my brain out and renders me completely unfit after hours and days and weeks sitting in front of it. It deprives me of sleep. Now it is taking my eyesight. It is worse than being sentenced to Guantanamo Bay! My family already thinks I am dead. Someone save me from this killer!

Start with 2 or 3 small goals only. Consider walking 5 minutes extra a day, get 8 hours of sleep and limit your computer time to no more than 2 hours night with a loud timer by using the parental control option on many computers.

y of informatio n you find on the internet and elsewhere. There are many options on the road to better health, and it can sometimes seem overwhelmi ng. I read your earlier post indicating that you intend to talk things over with your doctor. Do you feel prepared for your upcoming visit with him/her?
